Our Clients Say

John Cashman Image.jpg
“Before working with Northridge Consulting, we had 8 patents and a strong product but struggled to explain our value to partners and get responses. We knew OsteoFuse had real potential but didn’t know where to start / couldn’t seem to break through.”

The Challenge.

HBRI had built a strong foundation - eight issued patents in stem cell technology and genuinely promising science. What they lacked was a path to market. No licensing partner had been identified, and no program had advanced toward IND-stage development. Outreach had stalled, targets were unclear, and previous attempts to engage partners had gone nowhere.

The Work.

Defined and solidified buyer personas for two key partner profilesDeveloped distinct value propositions tailored to each personaArticulated the product benefits of OsteoFuse in partner-facing languageCreated an executive summary to anchor outreach and meetingsWrote targeted email messaging designed to open doors with licensing prospects

The Outcome.

HBRI moved from an unfocused outreach effort to a structured, compelling go-to-market approach — with the right messaging, for the right audiences, delivered through the right materials. They are now positioned to pursue licensing partnerships with clarity and confidence as OsteoFuse advances through the FDA process.

“Working with Northridge helped us finally see HBRI’s opportunity through the eyes of a potential partner. The buyer personas, value propositions, messaging framework and the actual messages gave us a framework we didn’t have before.”
